Pak Made Refund and Return Policy

At Pak Made, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund and return policy outlined below:

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Timeframe: You have up to 3 days from the date of delivery to return most products.

  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as personalized items, perishable goods, or items marked as 'FINAL SALE', are not eligible for return.

2. Return Process:

  • Initiating a Return:

    • Online Returns: You will need your order number and email address used for the purchase.

    • In-Store Returns: If you made a purchase at one of our physical locations, bring the item along with your receipt to any Pak Made store for assistance.

  • Return Shipping:

    • By Mail: After initiating a return online, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Affix this label to your return package.

    • Return Shipping Fee: For online returns, a return shipping fee of Rs.200 will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refund Processing:

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Timeline: Please allow up to 14 business days from the date we receive your returned item for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

4. Exchanges:

  • Availability: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
